Start with the certifying agency, not an old roundup. The Vaad HaRabanim of Greater Washington maintains restaurant, bakery and kashrus pages at vaadgw.org. Check the current listing and, when details matter, confirm directly with the establishment.
Ask about the exact location, certification and dairy or meat status when you call. A familiar brand can have different supervision at different locations.
For a group reservation, verify hours and the certificate close to the date. Holiday schedules and private events can change normal service.
