By purchasing a subscription to WJJ on washingtonjewishjournal.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Subscription Term

1.1. Subscription Length
A standard WJJ Magazine subscription consists of 12 issues. There is no guarantee that these issues will align exactly with specific months or dates.

1.2. Delivery Schedule
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver each of the 12 issues to the mailing address or email address (for digital content, if applicable) you provide during your subscription purchase.

2. Automatic Renewal

2.1. Auto-Renew Policy
Upon the delivery of your 12th issue, your subscription will automatically renew for another set of 12 issues at the then-current full subscription price.

2.2. Advance Notice
We will make reasonable efforts to send you a notification email one week (7 days) before the automatic renewal date. This email will remind you of the upcoming renewal and charges.

2.3. Opt-Out of Auto-Renew
You have the option to turn off the auto-renew feature at any time by logging into your account on the Website and adjusting your subscription settings. If you do not turn off auto-renew, your subscription will automatically renew, and your payment method on file will be charged.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. Payment Authorization
By subscribing, you authorize Washington Jewish Journal to charge your chosen payment method for the initial subscription fee and any subsequent automatic renewals, unless you cancel or turn off auto-renew.

3.2. Coupon Codes
• Any coupon code or promotional pricing you use at the time of initial purchase applies only to your initial subscription term (i.e., the first 12 issues).
• Coupon codes or other discounts do not carry over to renewals.
• Your subscription will renew at the full current subscription price unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

3.3. Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. Any change in pricing will be communicated to you at least 7 days before it takes effect, usually via email.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1. All Sales Are Final
Your subscription purchase for WJJ Magazine is non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that all sales are final.

4.2. Mid-Term Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your subscription before all 12 issues have been delivered, no partial refund or prorated credit will be provided. We can only prevent your subscription from automatically renewing.

4.3. No Refunds on Business Closure
In the event WJJ ceases operations or discontinues its print publication, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription.

5. Account Management

5.1. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate contact and billing information in your account to ensure proper and timely delivery of your magazine issues and notices.

5.2. Access to Subscription Settings
You may review, change, or cancel your subscription renewal status by logging into your account on washingtonjewishjournal.com.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WJJ and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors disclaim all liability for any damages arising out of or relating to your subscription, including any delays, errors, or interruptions in delivery or any decision by WJJ to modify or discontinue publication.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the revised terms on the Website and updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our subscription to WJJ after we post changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
